Will I get a tracking number so I can track my purchase while in transit?

Yes - once your order has been shipped from our office in New York, we will then email you an tracking number to the email address you provide upon checkout.

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once you receive your tracking number from us, it should take approximately 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. If you live outside of continential USA, then expect anywhere from 5 to 10 business days. International orders could take up to 15 business days.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $3.99 for the first DVD, and $1.99 for each additional DVD going to the same address within North America. Hawaii, Alaska and countries over seas are subject to an additional charge for shipping which will be decided based on your location at the time of purchase. We will contact you and let you know the total amount of your shipping costs prior to processing your order.
